Kegel exercises are a series of exercises more commonly done by women to ease childbirth and to help with urinary incontinence, but also thought to have some value in maintaining an erection, and avoiding premature ejaculation. These affect the PC muscle on the floor of the pelvis. You tighten this muscle when you try to tighten your anus, stop urination, or raise an erect penis. They should be performed at least twice a day for several minutes each time. The general idea is that you squeeze your anus and everything in that area as hard as you can for several seconds, then release, several times in a row. If a man is erect at the time, the penis may move slightly upward. Try to exaggerate that movement as much as you can.
